Strategy for Innovation and Development of Science and Technology

Abstract: The open competition mechanism is a major measurement to deepen the reform of scientific research project management system, and it strives to solve the stranglehold problems of key and core technologies within a certain period of time, which can make up for the shortcomings of traditional scientific research project management. Based on the analysis of the advantages, characteristics, classification, and process of the unveiling mechanism, this paper sorts out the promotion and implementation of the country and the prominent problems in recent years, and puts forward suggestions from the aspects of improving the top-level design, setting up a good list, and highlighting the landing of achievements.
