On Quality Evaluation of Science Education Projects

Abstract: For Guangdong Science Center, carrying out science and technology education project implementation quality evaluation is based on the needs of project management, financial assessment, the improvement of project implementation level, as well as the constant experience summary and improvement. Based on years of practical experience of Guangdong Science Center in quality evaluation of science education projects, this paper elaborates on key approaches and points of quality evaluation for the organization and implementation of science education projects from four aspects, such as demand analysis, system establishment, work process and the expected results, so as to realize effective monitoring of the projects to ensure implementation quality, significantly improve the capacity of project undertakers in project quality management, and provide objective, fair, and complete third-party evaluation results etc.
