南方电网创新发展现状及其影响因素分析

摘要: 首先梳理了南方电网在创新发展方面的主要表现:具有较完善的创新平台体系,拥有院士领衔的高水平创新人才团队,(特)高压直流输电方面的核心技术处于世界领先地位,但研发投入强度水平不高。其次,从能源互联网发展趋势、电力体制改革、职工创新、科技成果转化、履行海外社会责任等因素出发,分析其对南方电网创新发展产生的影响。最后,从拓宽国际合作市场、提高创新平台开放程度、加大技术研发投入、打造科技成果转化平台等方面提出了促进南方电网创新发展的对策建议。

Abstract: This paper summarizes the main performance of the China Southern Power Grid in the development of innovation: having a relatively complete innovation platform system and a high-level innovative talent team led by academicians, the core technology of HVDC transmission is in the world's leading position, but the level of research and development investment is not high. Secondly, based on the factors such as development trend of energy Internet, the reformation of electric power system, staff innovation, transformation of scientific and technological achievements, fulfilling overseas social responsibility, the paper analyzes the impact of these factors on the innovation and development of China Southern Power Grid. Finally, the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the innovation and development of China Southern Power Grid from the aspects of broadening international cooperation market, improving the opening degree of innovation platform, increasing investment in technology research and development, and building a platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.
