摘要/Abstract

摘要： 高质量发展战略的提出为高科技企业的技术创新提供良好政策环境,也在资金支持、环境营造等方面对高科技企业的技术创新起到推动作用。通过分析高科技企业技术创新对盈利能力、制度优化、后续发展能力等经营绩效的影响,提出提高高科技企业技术创新对经营绩效影响的策略。高科技企业应该抓住高质量发展的重要机遇,通过提高研发效率、健全人才机制、推动合作交流、加强专利保护力度等举措进行技术创新,并以此提高企业经营绩效,增强国家技术创新体系的建设。

Abstract: The proposal of quality development strategy provides a good policy environment for the technological innovation of high-tech enterprises, and also promotes the technological innovation of high-tech enterprises in terms of financial support and environmental construction. By analyzing the impact of high-tech enterprise technology innovation on profitability, system optimization, follow-up development ability and other business performance, this paper puts forward a strategy to improve the impact of high-tech enterprise technology innovation on business performance. High-tech enterprises should seize the important opportunity of high-quality development and carry out technological innovation by improving research and development efficiency, perfecting the talent mechanism, promoting cooperation and exchange, and strengthening patent protection, so as to improve the business performance of enterprises and enhance the construction of the national technological innovation system.
