摘要: 广东科学中心开展科技教育项目实施质量评价是基于项目管理、财政经费考核、提高和改进项目实施水平、不断总结经验与改进等方面的需要。文章结合广东科学中心多年来开展科技教育项目实施质量评价工作的实践经验,从需求分析、体系建立、工作流程以及预期效果4个方面进行分析,详细阐述组织开展科技教育项目实施质量评价工作的方法和要点,从而保证项目实施质量得到有效监控,达到保证项目实施质量得到有效监控,有效提升项目承担单位对项目质量的管理水平,提供客观、公正、完整的第三方评价结果等目的。

Abstract: For Guangdong Science Center, carrying out science and technology education project implementation quality evaluation is based on the needs of project management, financial assessment, the improvement of project implementation level, as well as the constant experience summary and improvement. Based on years of practical experience of Guangdong Science Center in quality evaluation of science education projects, this paper elaborates on key approaches and points of quality evaluation for the organization and implementation of science education projects from four aspects, such as demand analysis, system establishment, work process and the expected results, so as to realize effective monitoring of the projects to ensure implementation quality, significantly improve the capacity of project undertakers in project quality management, and provide objective, fair, and complete third-party evaluation results etc.
