摘要: 科技人才是驱动科技创新的核心动力,是科技自立自强和经济高质量发展的战略支撑。从科技人才数量、结构、政策、机遇等维度梳理汕头科技人才队伍建设的现状并总结存在的问题,进而从政策引才、产业聚才、机制育才、环境留才4个方面提出汕头加快建设省域副中心城市的科技人才驱动路径。

Abstract: Scientific and technological talents are the core driving force for scientific and technological innovation, and the strategic support for scientific and technological self-reliance and high-quality economic development. This paper sorts out the current situation of the construction of Shantou's scientific and technological talent teams from the dimensions of quantity, structure, policy and opportunity, and summarizes the existing problems, then puts forward the driving path to accelerate the construction of provincial subcentral city from four aspects: policy introduction, industrial talent gathering,education mechanism and environmental talent retention.
