摘要: 通过梳理美国人工智能的发展现状,分析了美国政府强化人工智能研发与创新的战略布局与举措,总结了人工智能发展的美国经验,包括政府战略布局与支持、工业界大力投入、技术及政策专家和公众持续参与等。最后,从技术政策、产业政策、教育政策和国际政策等4个维度阐述美国人工智能发展对我国的启示及借鉴。

Abstract: By sorting out the development status of artificial intelligence in the United States, this paper analyzes the strategic layout and measures of the US government to strengthen artificial intelligence R&D and innovation, and summarizes the American experience of artificial intelligence development, including the strategic layout and governmentsupport, the strong investment of industry, the continuous participation of technology and policy experts and the public. Finally, the paper expounds the enlightenment and reference of the development of artificial intelligence in the United States to China from four dimensions: technology policy, industrial policy, education policy and international policy.
