摘要/Abstract

摘要： 新型研发机构日益成为落实创新驱动发展战略、深化科技体制改革的重要抓手。通过解析国家及各地在新型研发机构鼓励政策、推进新型研发机构高质量发展的激励机制和保障体系,研判新型研发机构未来发展趋势,并分析广东省新型研发机构的现状与不足,提出推动广东新型研发机构高质量发展的政策建议。

Abstract: New R&D institutions are increasingly becoming an important starting point for implementing the innovation driven development strategy and deepening the reform of the science and technology system. This paper analyzes the incentive policies of the state and various regions for New R&D institutions, the incentive mechanism and guarantee system for promoting the high-quality development of New R&D institutions, studies the future development trend of New R&D institutions. Then the paper analyzes the current situation and shortcomings of New R&D institutions in Guangdong,and puts forward suggestions in order to better promote the high-quality development of New R&D institutions in Guangdong.
