Strategy for Innovation and Development of Science and Technology

Abstract: As an auxiliary way of financial investment in science and technology, post-subsidy is of great significance to promote the development of regional scientific and technological innovation. Through the analysis and summarizing of the management mechanism of post-subsidy financial science and technology projects, this paper summarizes the main practices, effects and advantages and disadvantages of various provinces, and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions such as continuously improving the management method of special fund for post-subsidy, implementing special fund for post-subsidy in regional leading industries and key fields, expanding the scope of post-subsidy and strengthening the guidance and communication with the project undertaking units.
