Strategy for Innovation and Development of Science and Technology

Abstract: The science and technology services industry has contributed to Dongguan's innovation and development with remarkable results, starting from the current development status of dongguan's science and technology service industry, in view of the current problems such as small scale, low degree of specialization, unbalanced regional development and low efficiency of achievement transformation, this paper proposes that under the situation of the new starting point, based on the guidance of the overall development idea, Dongguan should further deepen the research and development services, optimize the business incubation service, effectively develop technology transfer services, develop inspection and testing services with high quality, strengthen intellectual property services, innovate and develop scientific and technological financial services, and coordinate the development of other scientific and technological services.
