Strategy for Innovation and Development of Science and Technology

Abstract: In the new era, in order to comprehensively construct “double first-class” universities and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the reform of university-run enterprises has entered a critical period of quality improvement. Through analyzing the current situation and problems of university-run enterprises, this paper proposes countermeasures such as establishing modern corporate property right system, universities taking management main body responsibility, improving talent cultivation mechanism and strengthening internal control system, so as to comprehensively improve the governance capacity of university-run enterprises.
